Social Housing Charter
The Social Housing Charter was launched in April 2012 and the Scottish Housing Regulator introducded new indicators to measure landlord's progress toward the Charter in April 2013.
SHBVN along with parnter organisations have supported members to prepare for the introduction of the Charter. The work has fallen into 3 categories described below.

SHBVN is also undertaking two pilot projects in 2013/14 to provide support and good practice to landlords. The outcomes of both pilots will be available to all members later this year.
