SHBVN is an exciting and demanding place to work.  We run a very diverse business, working hard to support social landlords in Scotland to deliver high quality housing services.  If you do come and work for us you will play an instrumental role in helping to:

 

  • identify and share good practice through robust cost and performance benchmarking;
  • facilitate and support co-operation between members to enable good practice exchange;
  • directly support members to improve services through peer review and self assessment;

We work closely with a range of national organisations to support the housing sector and you will form productive relationships with key people.
