Set up in 1995 the Scottish Housing Best Value Network is a consortium of local authority and housing association landlords working together to drive up performance, meet the demands of Best Value and deliver quality services by means of benchmarking, peer review, good practice exchange and information sharing.

As a charitable organisation we are governed by a Board of Trustees. These trustees are elected at our AGM each year in October and the Board meet at our office in Edinburgh City Centre on a regular basis.
We let office space from our partner organisation the Chartered Institute of Housing in Scotland and work closely with them to ensure that we provide an effective range of services to our members.
Each year at our AGM we also produce an annual report summarising our achievements over the past year and setting out our goals for the following year.
